Tapioca Residue

Tapioca residue is a by-product generated during the extraction of starch from cassava (tapioca) roots. It mainly consists of fibrous pulp left after starch removal and contains residual starch, cellulose, hemicellulose, and small amounts of protein and minerals. This residue is moist, biodegradable, and often used as animal feed, organic manure, or as a raw material for bioenergy and fermentation-based industries.
