Maltodextrin powder is blend of nutritive saccharides, produced by controlled enzymatic hydrolysis, purification and spray-drying of food maize starch. Maltodextrins are white, neutral or slightly sweet tasting powders. They are soluble in water and offer a high standard of organic, mineral and bacteriological purity.
